

P90x Round -1, Day - 1
I weigh 195 lbs and i'm 6ft 1in, my waist is 38in my body fat percentage is 21%, my over all goal is to weigh 170 lbs and have a size 32 waist again. i'm starting P90x because i'm tired of having clothing that i don't fit into any more. i want to be fit and thin, not sluggish and overweight.
today i started the P90x classic program. today was the chest and back video, i have to say that i'm in for a rough ride. after The workout i wanted to throw up because of the workout. this thing is tough! i only made it though half of the workout and even then i was doing push ups on my knees and pull ups with a foot on the ground.
i hate sounding like a pansy but i'm also not going to lie to myself. i'm out of shape and have absolutely no endurance whatsoever. i'm looking forward to what i'm going to look and feel like a few months from now.
I plan on uploading pictures and video as well of the workouts. (i'm gonna wait until i actually look good doing them though. lol) here is a picture of me on day 1, enjoy the flab while it lasts people!
