Plyometrics (Jumping Exercise)

P90x round - 1, Day - 2

Today was pyometrics day and let me tell you, this is no joke! when Tony tells you to have a bucket ready he means it...

I feel like i got a good workout, my legs are shaking even though i only made it half way though the workout today. i'm ok with that for now, it's frustrating because i feel weak, but i don't want to over work myself and not be able to move for a week. so i'm pacing myself and working my way into the program, if i can't nail it this time i'll hit it when i do round 2!

my brother wanted to try the workout with me today because he's thinking about giving the program a shot too, it was funny because while we were doing the "Run Stance Squat" he fell backwards into on to our couch when we jumped up to switch sides because his legs gave out. i wasn't far behind him, i burned out half way through the second set.

Like i said before, i've never done anything like this before and it's not easy, but i'm going to stay true to myself and keep pushing play every day. even if i can't make it all the way through a video this time, i know i'll be able to by the end. I just have to keep telling myself to BRING IT! every day, every workout, every set.
